RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, organize events, make travel arrangements
  • Maintain inventory
  • Manage expense reports, maintain filing systems and coordinate special projects as requested
  • Making and keeping up with Excel Spreadsheets

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in administrative role
  • Expert knowledge in Excel
