  • Preparing confidential reports.
  • Coordinating meetings.
  • Responsible for purchases.
  • Responsible for the creation of purchase orders.
  • Assisting in logistics and warehouse related data entry
  • Supporting the staff with analytical and clerical needs as required.



  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills including solid grammar skills and the ability to prepare reports and correspondence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
