Job description:

Call Center representative handles high volume call center activity including inbound/outbound calls.  Work to resolve sometimes complex customer issues in a timely and courtesy manner. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
•    Optimize call center environment inbound/outbound calls
•    Work within high performing customer driven setting.
•    Dispatch and schedule service technicians.
•    Respond quickly, efficiently and with high customer service to inquires/questions.

Qualifications:
•    Ability to handle high customer call volume.
•    Process orders, schedule technicians, provide accurate/timely information
•    Ability to interact with customers and internal employees in providing high-level customer service.
•    Previous customer service preferred
•    High school diploma or equivalent
