Responsibilities:

Driving the company’s financial planning
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
Accountable for the company's P&L and blance sheet
Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
Previous experience in executive management
Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
Set the company's strategy and direction

Qualifications:

MBA/CPA
M&A experience
Capable of managing of $1B plus P&L
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Strong Accounting and Tax knowledge
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Create and build the company's culture
Strong leadership qualities
Strong integrity and accountability
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
