Customer Service Representative

  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Effectively resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint.
  • Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting and analyzing customer information and needs.
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, email and or mail.
  • Other customer service-oriented duties.



  • High School Diploma
  • Must have manufacturing customer service experience.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, etc.
  • Able to multitask as well as prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and contact handling skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
