RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients/sales with processing orders, product info, and shipping information
• Provide accurate information of company products and policies
• Take incoming calls from customers addressing issues or concerns
• Makes follow-up calls to potential and existing customers to solicit additional business

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent preferred
• Must have experience in the pool and spa industry with experience quoting Vinyl Liner Pool Kits a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail
• Good phone and active listening skills
