RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experienced managing and leading multiple projects.
• Proven track record of success in driving production numbers higher, reducing waste and maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all employees.
• Make modifications to programs where needed.
• Reliable, dependable, and organized
• Maintains high quality and organization of facilities in the individuals work center and department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s or up 2+ years of work experience, High School Diploma, GED or Trade School
• 2+ Years of experience in Supervising in the Tool and Die, machining and industrial industry.
• Completing quality control test during stages of the manufacturing process.
• Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software
• Previous experience working on CNC operated machines is required.
• Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications
• Experienced in supervising employees.
