RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Performing tasks assigned by supervisor while also being able to work independently  

• Performing carpentry work, work on drywall, helping fix HVAC systems 

• Ability to drive a forklift 

• Performing light electrical duties 

• Maintain a clean, organized work environment 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or GED preferred 

• One year of maintenance preferred 

• Ability to drive a forklift 

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend for long period of time
