RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination with Warehouse and Carriers to arrange documents like Proof of delivery (PODs), Packing slips, Bill of lading and customer invoices
  • Record keeping of aforesaid documents
  • Feed the information available in aforesaid documents in the Excel file
  • Compare it with the actual deductions by customers
  • Assist in filing claim with customers

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good in Excel and record keeping
  • Basis knowledge of accounting
  • Disciplined and Target oriented
  • Willing to work from Monday to Friday – minimum 30 hours in a week
