RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delegate workload to several departments as well as third-parties
• Schedule staff to accommodate deadlines and workload
• Converting and reformatting files from customers
• Editing files for grammar, syntax, and style
• Train new employees
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with upper-management to mitigate potential issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services and typesetting
• Must have experience with Edgar
• Preferred experience in SEC filings
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat preferred
