RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain buildings by making repairs and performing safety checks
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Oversee building maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School or equivalent
• 2-3 years of building maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC experience
• Strong electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience
• Proficient reading blueprints
