RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing pre-boarding support for all employees (hourly, salaried, contract/intern, internal moves/promotion for US & Canada)
  • Initiating and creating records
  • Pre-employment drug test and/or background screen
  • Creating communication process to share status with PBP/Recruiter
  • Adding and maintaining initial employee record in SuccessFactors and Ceridian/Dayforce
  • Adjudicating and following up with new hire regarding required information
  • Sending and collecting all new hire employee paperwork
  • Performing data audits
  • Creating dashboards for new hires
  • HRIS configuration testing and documentation of communication/training materials & guides
  • Documenting administrative processes and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional remote global teams
  • Computer savvy, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Must have intermediate to expert level of excel and able to manage data
  • 3-5 years in Human Resources as generalist, onsite HR, onboarding specialist, administrative supporting various business partners and HR departments (benefits, compensation, talent acquisition and development
  • HRIS systems like (DayForce HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, standard work instructions
  • Technical writing skills (developing training documentation)
  • Data management and data auditing experience
