RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Recruiting and Onboarding New Hires.
• Responsible for managing Employee Complaint Process.
• Must manage labor filings regulatory filings, and compliance with labor matters.
• Responsible for managing employee performance review.
• Other Task as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resource department.
• Good knowledge about Microsoft Office
