Responsibilities include:

    •    Insurance verification and billing. Experience  of 1+ years strongly preferred 

    •    Overseeing staff of clinicians, medical technicians,  front desk and patient scheduling staff. Preliminary interviews and onboarding team members. Coordinating team meetings. Speaks well in front of the tram for motivational team meetings. Strong leadership skills. Committed to exceeding team and patient expectations. 

 

Taking inventory, upkeep of office, and managing office budget 

 

    •    Managing charts and scanning

    •    Patient Records 

    •    Corresponding with patients regarding appointments

  

    •    Exceptional computer skills a must! We are a paperless company that is growing extremely quickly!

 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary:  Starting at $18/hour plus benefits

Schedule:

    •    Monday to Friday. Flexible Hours. 

Work Location:

    •    One location

Hours per week:

    •    Part time: 20-29 or Full-time

Typical start time:

    •    7am to 9am 

Typical end time:

    •    1PM to 7pm 

 

Work Remotely:

    •    In office and part time work from home options
