RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Find suppliers to deliver goods needed by company
  • Maintain a good rapport with suppliers
  • Prepare inventory documentation by accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocks
  • Ensure that inventories are constantly up to standards
  • Perform clerical duties including but not limited to answering of calls and messaging
  • Review balance of inventory and count the items in stock
  • Initiate policy changes regarding inventory in the company
  • Investigate errors in the warehouse inventory system and execute necessary improvements towards better business performance
  • Perform managerial functions including retraining members of staff of the warehouse when necessary
  • Document stock delivery and supervise their movement into operational processing
  • Review service levels regularly and reconcile inventories
  • Respond to complaints and queries concerning inventories and products
  • Prepare and submit inventory control reports to supervisor
  • Attend to inquiries concerning products and inventories
  • Carry out inventory control to ensure inventories are at optimal levels
  • Provide direction to colleagues and subordinates as required
  • Investigate customer complaints

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, management, or similar discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in English as well as Thai, Chinese, and/or Vietnamese is a plus
  • Must be able to organize a team, schedules, and inventories to ensure efficiency in work delivery
  • Must have the ability to anticipate problems and prepare to solve them
  • Must be able to work with basic computer applications like Microsoft office and excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and still maintain ideal disposition towards work
