RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate maintenance mechanics
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and projects
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Train mechanics
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repair on facility systems and equipment
• Position will be developed into a managerial position

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Min 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Must have supervisory experience, preferably in maintenance
• Strong at people managing and also at managing processes
