RESPONSIBILITIES:                               

• Must be able to support Multiple site locations.
• Must ensure all the service requests are addressed and completed in 24 hours.
• Must be able to do all the reporting with proper documentation.
• Must develop and perform weekly, monthly and annual Preventive maintenances for all the building to ensure all the facility equipment’s are operating effectively.
• Must prepare a balanced schedule for cleaning staff and ensure it is followed and monitor performances.
• Responsible for participating in budget development of maintenance and property assets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in the apartment maintenance or equivalent
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.
• HVAC, EPA and Pool (CPO) license preferred
