RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and direct workers performing painting, masonry, woodworking, and maintaining systems such as electrical and HVAC
• Supervise workers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment
• Responsible for inspecting completed work
• Creates work schedules
• Manages preventive maintenance programs
• May supervise workers to perform groundskeeping

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance supervision
• Experience in poultry processing required
• Able to work flexible hours and shifts
