RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and design staff concerning equipment design and tooling
Communicate with vendors to determine equipment specifications
Create and design systems such as instruments controls robots engines machines and mechanical thermal hydraulic or heat transfer systems
Direct engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment
Manage fabrication and installation activities
Directs operation maintenance and repair activities
Assesses installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine malfunctions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
8-10 years of experience in a tire manufacturing facility
Must have a Maintenance Background
