 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivers direct care to all employees on site and adheres to practices and regulations of the State Nurse Practice Act in the given state
• Follows health management practices, protocols, medical directives, and physician standing orders according to the scope of practice
• Provides compassionate and effective care to all employees
• Adheres to all state and federal regulations including OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, and HIPPA’s employee confidentiality rules
• Creates and maintains good relationships with all departments stuff, supervisors, management, local healthcare workers and third party administrators
• Provides accurate documentation for all patients and helps with medical record upkeep
• Provides good housekeeping within the department
• May require travel and availability outside normal business hours
• 3rd shift availability

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Diploma of Nursing Degree or Associate Degree of Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Must be able to work hours/shifts as needed
• Current LPN license in state of employment
• Current First Aid/AED/CPR card
• Certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections
