RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs filling and packaging, while adhering to safety and QA standards
• Sets up/disassembles equipment for cleaning and operating
• Regulate filling weight, filling speed, temperatures, pressures, and flow of product throughout processing cycle
• Provide samples to lab for appraisal while adhering to testing procedures
• Regulate flow of product from processing to packaging
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Degree/GED Required

• 1 year of experience in machine operation
• Prior experience in food industry preferred
