RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the production process ensuring daily goals and objectives are met
• Supervise the safety and quality control program.
• Manage inventory controls shipping and receiving.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and running at all times.
• Monitor overall health and wellbeing including personnel, equipment, customer satisfaction, safety, inventory as well as production outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 2 years of Plant Management experience within] the Truss Manufacturing Industry
• Bilingual is preferred
• LEAN Manufacturing background
