RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety and the use of personal protective equipment.
• Responsible for oversight of annual budget planning and execution
• Making sure employees are working together efficiently.
• Provide training, motivating, counseling, and discipling for employees.
• Schedule and assign employees and follow up on work results.
• Ensure employees comply with GMP’s, HACCP and OSHA regulations.
• Support other areas of the facilities.
• Responsible for work performed and creating and implementing any changes necessary to improve.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's degree in Business/Technical degree preferred
• 15 years' progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Production Manager or Maintenance Manager.
