RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads production of plant
Responsible for plant operations and safety
Implements efforts to improve productivity and product quality
Estimates manpower needed for assignments
Training and developing employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED Required
At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

Previous experience with compressed/packaged gases is a plus
Experience with SAP is preferred
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
