Precast Concrete Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing Scheduling & Monitoring Production
• Must be able to operator Mixer Systems.
• Must monitor and track the progress of the daily production processes to assure that production schedules are achieved.
• Must determine work procedures, preparing work schedules and expedites workflow
• Responsible for concrete mix design, batch plant operations and acceptance of raw materials and final products
• Work closely with the production team to determine items ready for delivery
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment’s as needed.
• Other task as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing environment as Supervisor.
• Must have good knowledge about Concrete.
• Experience in Precast Concrete is a plus
• Must be able to do Forklift and Bobcat operator
