RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize productivity of plant and allocate labor
• Support quality initiatives
• Promote safety
• Organize workforce and staffing levels
• Promote teamwork and strong work ethic across plant
• Training and coaching staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• At least 3 years of experience in production supervision

• Must be familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience with contract workers is required
• Strong coaching and development skills
