RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing all Deco Rock Plant functions.
• Must monitor plant expenses, efficiencies, product losses and ensure everything is well within the budget.
• Must monitor the quality of all materials and finished products.
• Must check all equipment’s and ensure its proper functioning.
• Responsible for training and/or cross-training employees within the department.
• Must be able to assist in Plant Inventories.
• Responsible for coordinating plant employee schedules with the HR/Payroll Coordinator.
• Responsible for running time data audit report of recorded time and errors and track attendance
• Other task as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing environment as Supervisor.
• Good knowledge about Microsoft Office
