RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures deboning operations are performed at the highest quality, most cost-efficient level
• Creates an environment for workers to achieve their best performance
• Responsible for planning and scheduling hours, materials, products, and machines
• Responsible for active communication and employee engagement
• Supervise and foster employee performance
• Promotes a safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED Required, a college degree in a related field is preferred
• 3 or more years of experience in supervision
• Poultry or food industry experience preferred

• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Leadership skills
