RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and understand construction design blueprints
• Organize and maintain pertinent construction paperwork, compliance documents, and permits
• Communicate with and manage third party contractors; hold them to established deadlines
• Escort local officials on site tours
• Enforce on-site safety rules and regulations
• Duties may evolve throughout project

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 5+ years of construction experience preferred, but not required
• Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
