RESPONSIBILITIES:

• First piece, in-process, and final inspections of all parts and assemblies
• Detailed documentation of results
• Routinely inspect raw materials
• Ability to ID deviances, write up rejection reports, and perform internal audits
• Adhere to ISO quality management system requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• ISO 9001, AS 9100 and ISO 14001 training certificates
• Competent using: Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gages, Indicators, and Bore Gages
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints (GD&T) required
• CMM Programming knowledge preferred
