We are looking for Receptionist for our client in the Accounting Industry. In this position the ideal candidate will complete clerical duties and all other duties necessary to support the office.
- Must be able to welcomingly greet visitors.
- Answer all phone calls and direct them to the appropriate extension.
- Must provide excellent customer service and inform customers of all necessary information.
- Must have the ability to utilize fax, copy and other machinery.
- Must complete all other duties as assigned by the HR Director.
- Must have a HS diploma or the equivalent.
- Must have at least one year of administrative experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Office programs.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
