- Manage phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Performing general typing
- Assist in proposal prep and prequalification
- Assist with administrative work for new employees.
- Obtain certificate of insurance for new contracts
- Collect timesheet from all employees bi-weekly, maintain log, and assist in mailing paychecks.
- Other general administrative work as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of prior administrative experience
- Ability to multitask
