We are looking for Sales Account Manager for our client in a Plastic manufacturing. This role is responsible to develop new business in the packaging, label, or industrial markets. The candidate will also manage customer accounts, implement customer strategies, and work with the team members


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work aggressively to secure new business and product opportunities
  • Develop customer accounts in the packaging and labeling market
  • Achieve and maintain specific sales goals
  • Make presentations to Customers and markets
  • Support and manage new and existing customer base  
  • Identify and secure new business consistent with business strategy
  • Research and analyze market trends and provide recommendations based on research and market trends
  • Serve as a product and application knowledge expert
  • Provide information and conduct presentations on customers and market activities
  • Lead and coordinate R&D, Quality, and manufacturing process support as appropriate at assigned accounts. 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • 7-10 years of experience in Industrial Sales
  • Knowledge of PET products, Chemical, Adhesives, Coating and Printing markets and competing films preferred
  • Aggressive personality to promote products
  • Ability to work with a team
  • 50% Travel Required 
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Account Management Software
