The Sales Manager will have strong leadership skills selling and marketing construction drilling products to clients.


  • Has a thorough knowledge of industry trends, company products, services, technology and the business intelligence necessary to drive results
  • Handling and directing sales team for all company’s products while improving the outside sales department
  • Will collaborate with marketing team and help develop marketing materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information
  • Will attend trade shows
  • Negotiating contract agreements for pricing for profit, payment terms, receivables, documentations and liabilities
  • Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other related field
  • 5 years of sales/marketing experience in within the Construction industry
  • Highly skilled in selling construction drilling productions
  • Local Candidates ONLY
    Willing to travel extensively
  • Has dealt with HDD dealers, Shop Managers and Parts & Services Personnel
  • Proficient in building sales teams and handling financial budgets
  • Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
