- Administering compensation and benefit plans.
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
- Work with other members of HR team to help and improve costs of benefit plans.
- Help implement, create changes and improve company policies and procedures.
- Manage recruiting cycles, conduct background/reference checks, negotiated wages and communicating internally and externally.
- Comply with Safety Regulations with Federal, State and local programs.
- Facilitate or counsel team members to resolve issue’s or conflicts.
- Construct projects including Employee Handbooks, 401K Plans, health and other employee benefits.
- Help with other employee benefit programs.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations (AAP, FMLA and OSHA).
- Integrity for job and ability to work in a confidential environment.
- Motivational and Creative team member.
- Great multi-tasker, the ability to handle multiple projects and succeeding with multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
- Strengthen and develop relationships with current and new employees.
- Prepare reports and presentations effectively, efficiently and according to deadlines.
