RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for executing the shift requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth and safe work environment
• Must inform Shift Manager or Plant Manager in case of any issues.
• Must be able to train new hires or other employees for better production process.
• Must promote teamwork by demonstrating a spirit of collaboration and cooperation in routine operations and on projects with other plants and departments striving to meet project objectives.
• Must review and oversee the work-related activities of others in their area and assure proper work execution, correct procedural implementation, and documentation.
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in the same field
• Must be able to do forklift.
