- Responsible for assisting in managing the selection and development of independent manufacturer’s rep organizations and direct sales personnel required to support sales in the assigned market segment.
- Responsible for leading customer engagements and coordinate with application engineers and application specialist to provide technical expertise.
- Responsible for managing accounts while growing and achieving sales targets.
- Responsible for the use of metrics to maximize sales predictability and deliver on accurate forecasts.
- Responsible for providing monthly updates to supervisor on sales and quoting activity vs. budget.
- Manage relationships with key clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or technical field, BSEE is a plus.
- 5 plus years of Sales Management experience and knowledge of electrical power industry a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets.
- Strategic vision with the ability to execute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Executive-level presentation skills and ability to handle high-level client interactions.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
