RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise daily operations of the treatment plant to ensure that the wastewater quality meets or exceeds all state and Federal regulatory requirements.
Guarantee staff is up-to-date with all federal, state, and local regulations and environmental guidelines.
Monitor subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Secure supplies and equipment needed to maintain plant operations.
Safeguards that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhered to approved budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree
5-7 years’ experience operating and maintaining wastewater treatment plant.
Certified Class IV Operator is preferred
