​Today we’re launching a new logo, as we start to refresh our look in general. We are evolving and growing into the brand that we already are today.

This is not simply a change for sake of change. Change is inevitable. Our business evolved into a multimillion-dollar national company with a strong team of sales managers and account executives growing partnerships daily. Our reason for changing our logo is because our old logo fit into the company that we were. Our new logo fits the company that we are today.

Our first logo was created before our company was founded. It represented our first leaders. A sales director, an account executive and an administrative manager. Together they built each respective department that currently is the foundation of our company. The logo was bold and strong; It was who we were.

The important thing about being a brand is that whenever people see your brand, they should recognize that it’s you. Fast forward 9 years to today. Our marketing team worked hard to create a meaningful, distinct and cohesive look that embraces who Ajulia is at our core. And we’re starting today with the logo.

It uses a simpler color palette and, we believe, is more refined, but still contains the meaning and power of the original. It’s an evolution, and one that can scale easily, and work better, in many more places.

Our main intention for this post was to let you know about the change, so you won’t be surprised when you see the new Ajulia Executive Search.

Over the next few months, you’ll see all the other visuals around Ajulia Executive Search aligning around our new direction; our website, advertising, and on all our service documents. It’s still us. We’re still Ajulia Executive Search. But more consistent and, we hope, more instantly recognizable.
