Ajulia Executive Search started 30 years ago in New Jersey with four people interested in elevating staffing for the manufacturing sector.
Since then, we’ve grown to serve a national client and talent base and seven core industries. That growth has been fueled by our ability to solve problems quickly, adapt and evolve – all while building strong and lasting relationships and staying focused on the people, not the transaction. We go beyond just what’s on the resume. We become a partner to the job seeker on their journey to achieve flexibility and success in their dream career.
