RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and maintain files, records, document, and correspondence.
  • Administrative support as needed including printing, filing, scanning, and email.
  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates.
  • Target clients daily.
  • Perform daily routine functions such as answering phones.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, GED Required
  • Minimum one year of experience in office, customer service, or any other related industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient skill level and experience in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
